Indonesia to plant 79m trees


Indonesia, the world’s 4th largest country, is currently experiencing the most rapid deforestation on Earth. To counter this grim situation, it aims to plant 79 million trees across the country in one day on November, 28.
Despite the large figure, Greenpeace emphasized that these attempts are futile compared to the rate of deforestation.
